4. Description of Service

CleanQ is an AI-powered playlist builder that helps users discover YouTube videos, organize content, and create playlists. The Service requires a Google account with YouTube access to function.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems

All content displayed through CleanQ, including YouTube videos and metadata, remains the property of their respective owners. CleanQ does not claim ownership of any YouTube content. The CleanQ application, its design, and original code are the intellectual property of CleanQ.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Video availability and metadata accuracy depend on the YouTube API and are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CleanQ and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service by any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke access through your Google Security Settings.
